You get 60 capsules in the resealable bag, and because the dose is only 1 capsule a day, this means you get a 2 month supply! That's great value for 9.99 (at the time of order).The amount of zinc in these is almost half your daily required amount (45%) and the dosage of other ingredients is also decent. Both me and my husband took these for a month and after about 2 weeks we definitely noticed an improvement in our general energy etc. As we are on other medications we did speak to our GP as suggested on the pack so I'd advise you do the same before taking these. Overall though, I do recommend these. They take a bit of time to take effect but once they do they are an affordable supplement to keep up with.
