Safety
Amazing product. This does not affect steering like other seats.Great to be able to have my disabled son sitting securely in front of me so I see exactly what he's doing. We also bought another attachment for my husbands bike so we can easily swap his seat without taking my attachment off. This is the best most secure product and my son loves it. He holds the red front piece easily and his feet fit well into the holders so he doesn't kick me or trap his feet- plenty of room. Dont forget the helmet though and bike long lock to wind the lock through the seat and wheels incase anyone wants to try stealing it! Enjoy.

Fantastic seat
I was a little sceptical about getting a seat that goes on front of you but after loads of research I came across this one, It came in a nice big box and well protected, out of the box everything was pretty easy to understand and the instructions were pretty good.Fitted it to the bike (mountain Bike) the only thing I needed to do was swap out the head tube bolts for the longer ones but once that was done it was simple to install onto the bike and then you just pop the seat on with a screw to secure the seat as well as a strap at the back of the seat and it is so secure and safe.My and my son have used it a couple of times now, he is 15 months old and he just loves it, he just takes it all in with looking around and sometimes trying to watch my pedal, but yeah it's been a great buy and I'm very happy with it as it gives me some freedom to get out and do some exercise as well as spend time with my boy instead of being at home or limited to him being pushed around in a buggy. If you worried about the safety of this product I can assure you there is nothing to worry about, the seat is really secure to the bike and once you have your child in the seat there is a 4 point harness and foot straps so they do not go anywhere. All in all a fantastic purchase and look forward to a good couple of years using it.

Review
I didn’t like the colour nor how it looked quite plastic

Does the job
Was a little pessimistic about this seat, but was released when I assembled the product knowing the quality is actually OK. Very easy to remove ( leaving top bar in place )Our nippa loves it, although fell asleep once on a boring stretch of road.5 stars from me given the cost and quality

A bit flimsy
I needed a seat on the bar rather than behind me, as wanted to be able to see the baby - weeride was the only one I could find. It works ok but feels quite flimsy as it’s fastened by only one screw (not sure why they didn’t add a second screw for more stability). The belt fasteners didn’t work but I contacted Weeride directly and they quickly sent me a replacement which was a lot better - client service was great. I struggle a bit to attach and detach the seat easily so all and all I would probably not recommend it. One other feature I’d like to see is a handlebar for the child to hold on to (rather than the flat surface). I do hope they improve the design though as good customer service is rare and I would love these guys to do well!

Excellent - My 2yr old is very happy to be on the bike
Annoyingly dropped in price to £79.99 one month after purchase at £99.99 but cant knock the product for that.Fits the bike well, kid sits in it well. Looks good.

Works, but isn't really safe, not very comfortable
First, the "safe" bit. The back rest is small, about 10-15cm below the shoulder level of a 1 year old child, and since the shoulder straps tie onto the back rest, it means they don't really keep the child secure. In addition, the two shoulder straps fall down very easily -- the product includes an absolutely velcro strap that you can wrap around both shoulder straps to supposedly keep them next to each other, but that velcro strap isn't sewed on, so it just slides down, and then the shoulder straps, fall down as well. The only thing that keeps the child into the seat are the hip straps. The other thing I have an issue with regarding safety is that the whole seat is held onto the 5cm wide rail by a single hand tightened 8mm screw, which doesn't even have a top washer to apply pressure over a wider area and improve stability ... maybe this is fine for a small and light child, but I would not put any child who is either tall enough or heavy enough in this seat as I'd be afraid it bends, rips, or tips over (9kg seems already too much for this setup)Regarding comfort, it's just not comfortable ... the included padding is paper thin. I initially thought this is incompetence, but then I saw that the company sells a (much!) more expensive version with thicker padding. Also, yes, it does rattle (though I've heard some rear bike seats rattling even more, not that it's a great consolation). It's going back.

Great, if you’re not a fat parent!
My little one is 18 months and we love going out on the bike. I’m a larger woman (UK size 22 and 5”9) and I’m noticing that she’s getting a bit squashed between me and the seat rest. It’s not the fault of the product but I just thought it’s worth leaving a review because it might help someone else. I should’ve brought a rear seat I think but I was concerned about her being behind me
