I don't make reviews as often as I am ask to. I am doing this because of the quality of this product. I have been frustrated with my air pods pro, they are not made for online calls. I've research online, watch youtube until I stumbled on this one. Received it today, it was an overnight shipping. I was excited to try it since it on the expensive side.Easy connection set-up. I was able to connect both Iphone13 and laptop at the same time. While listening to my laptop on youtube, if I get a call or ask Siri, it auto connects to the phone.Microphone and Noise Cancelling feature during calls. I called my husband with my very loud exhaust fan in the kitchen running at a max, level 4.When I say loud, it is very loud, like a lawn mower running. I stood next to the exhaust during my conversation, my husband said he heard me clearly, no background noise at all. This was terrific!Fit, I thought it will be too big and heavy behind my ear. At first, it kept falling out. I changed the rubber to the largest one so it's kind of help hold within my cartilage, it sure did work. It was light, it stayed in place for a whole hour, never felt uncomfortable. Again, with the Air pods, you ears get tired and hot while wearing them.So far, I am loving it. This was worth my money. I will review after a month, and see how it lasts.

This Yealink headset is so comfortable and clear I often forget I'm wearing it when I step away from my desk in my work-from-home office.It's lightweight, and works great for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet calls. The dangle connection gives a reliable Bluetooth connection.The volume is easily adjustable, and the battery lasts a long time, even though I keep it on the charger when not in use. It goes inside the charging case when I travel, and sits on the case at my desk making charging so easy.

Excellent battery life and in my case it works all the way up to 70 meters, exiting my office, and 2nd floor to ground level. BT51 USB LED colors work well—like the Poly 5200 UC—helping you avoid being double-muted. It integrates well with MS-Teams (mute, MIC, and sound). And it works flawlessly connecting simultaneously to your smartphone (Bluetooth) and your computer through its own BT51 USB. All around an improvement on the Poly 5200 UC with longer battery life and for about $50 less!

This headset has become a must-have for me. I take calls on both my PC and mobile and the seamless switch between the two is incredible. No lag, no disconnects—just smooth transitions.The sound quality is sharp and the noise reduction is solid, even in busy environments. Range is great too. I can walk away from my desk without losing connection or clarity.I’ve used plenty of headsets over the years, including the older Poly models, and this one easily outperforms them. Lightweight, reliable, and built for real work.If you’re juggling calls across devices, this headset just makes life easier.

The first unit I purchased kept dropping the bluetooth signal with my phone. Yealink replaced it with a different unit. Good for them! But the second unit kept doing the same thing. I cannot recommend this product. Stay away.

Since going remote I got complaints about my sound quality using VOIP softphone. I invested heavily in 5 other headsets/buds both wired and wireless. All were sounding like i was in a tunnel, robot, static or crackling. I finally got 4 more and this is the only one that worked and i can walk a good 75 feet away with quality still good.

While the sound quality on this is an improvement over the poly/plantronics voyager series from years back, it has a lot of issues working with my bluetooth enabled office phone (Mitel 6930 IP Phone).1) When you power the headset on, before making your first call with it, the headset connects and disconnects repeatedly every 10 seconds. I have not seen my airpods, voyager headset, sony headphones or any other BT device I've tested with my Mitel phone do this so I assume it's some weird bug with the Yealink headset.2) The answer/end call key doesn't work sometimes, but other times it does. Again, same thing, other BT devices are able to answer or hang up a call by pressing their call key but sometimes this headset doesn't do anything when that key is pressed.3) Not phone related, but when it's sitting upright in the charging case with the case closed (i.e. using it as a desk charging stand) the magnet is extremely weak and it falls over and disconnects sometimes.Hoping Yealink fixes issues #1 and 2 but until then I'm thinking about returning it.

Works great with Teams. We also use Cisco Jabber and it works with both well. You can answer teams calls via the headset but Jabber you do have to answer by the pc. I dont know how long exactly the battery lasts talking but I go your typical day all day long and never dies. I charge it overnight each day and go all day. The range is great also.
