Great quality, noticed a difference
I needed to supplement with B1 while using another med and I could definitely tell a difference after several days using this. So seemed to be a good quality, and dosage. No real smell, larger pill but still relatively easy to swallow as it was smooth and didn't stick to my mouth. Great value for the qty. Didn't notice any stomach upset.
