I have been hearing about beef organs a lot lately. I picked this one because it had good reviews and wasn’t super expensive. I was pleasantly surprised. I started with one capsule daily. I was worried that 5 would cause too many intestinal problems, which I have issues with anyway since starting perimenopause. I figure I will do one the first week and work up weekly. The first day I realized I had more energy. Not a huge shift, but more than normal. They do cause weird “intestinal” feelings. Not terrible by any means, but I did notice. That corrects though. Something I really like is that I am not snacking all day. I feel full between meals. After 4 days, I started heading back to my tired and hunger level. I'm not a doctor. I don't know what I'm talking about. These taste real, have a mild organ flavor/aroma, nothing off putting for me, and they SHOULD smell like organs yo! That said, do they really provide any real benefits? Beats me, I went through the whole bottle and didn't notice anything at all. But I am me, and you are you. Maybe these will be a life changer for you. For me... I likely wont try them again and will go back to getting what organs I can from my butcher.

So far I feel the difference

I’ve been on these for months, I’m not sure if they are working or not. For awhile in the beginning iron was decent for the first time ever, but I started giving blood and now I’m anemic again lol. I think they work? Good price. Wish I could find more of what amounts of what are in them… taking five pills is a lot… I don’t feel like my hair has improved at all.
