Well worth the money.
Save your arm strength for something else.....This mixer is great and gets the job done. It's easy to use and clean. best part is no more stirring! The clarity of the resin after using this and the de-gasser, is beautiful. There are tiny shells inside of the octopus which are clearly seen. Great product.

I love the silicone cup
I have the original version of this mixer that used replaceable plastic cups. It worked well for a bit, but cleaning those cups was difficult, and replacing them seemed like a extra expense. The button on my original mixer went out, so I got the new version with the silicone cup. First I love the cup. Silicone is so much easier to clean than plastic. The mixer itself seems the same as the old one, but Ive only used it once so far. Hopefully the button is a bit more durable.

This is the best machine from let's resin
Let's resin did a good job on making their mixtures this mixture is really good it has a 40 second Auto shut off it how much is your resin really good but only bad part is is that if you're doing more than 8 oz you have to push the auto button six times because it's does better when you mix your resin for 4 minutes so usually I like doing six times so that it takes 4 minutes to do my resin 40 seconds it really doesn't mix very well and unless it's less than 8 oz

Have a good degasser on hand.
I dont know what to say really. If I could afford a super nice degasser or pressure pot maybe this would work but unfortunately without this, its a waste of my money.I have tried other off brand mixers and thought maybe just maybe this would be different because I do love let's resin brand for molds and colorants. I was very disappointed. I have arthritis and wanted to not hurt so much when working but no, all this did was introduced so many micro bubbles that the cheap degasser I have couldn't handle them and thus it ruined my batch of resin I had made.So now it sits on my table doing nothing as I continue to granny stir my resin.I will say it was easy to clean. The size is good but the cup itself wouldn't fit into my degasser, I had to pour it into another cup in order to put it in. The speed isn't super fast but unfortunately it's apparently too fast for my resin.

Resin mixer
Like this very much. I had a smaller one hand held but the handle broke during use and stop mixing. My only complaint is the silicone is hard to clean and you never get all the resin or sticky stuff out of the container once you use it.

Excellent Mixer
Excellent mixer. I used a thick viscosity resin (14 ounces), which usually wears out my hand mixing, and this mixer powered right through like nothing. I'm definitely going to get a great amount of use out of this!

Worth the money
Works as it is advertised. It's easy to clean and the drip pad is so useful definitely worth the money

More trouble than stirring by hand
I don't often leave reviews but I am so disappointed in this mixer that I felt the need to. First the good, it is quiet and it does mix the resin quickly. Now the not-so-good, the quick mix left a ton of bubbles in my Let's Resin "Bubble Free and Crystal Clear" epoxy resin. The amount of resin left behind after mixing and scraping was so wasteful. It's too hard to get it off the blades and the soft, very large container is so deep that I couldn't get resin out without making a mess. Just an extreme waste of money/resin. Lastly and probably most important, I have RA and a lot of pain in my wrists. I had more discomfort trying to clean the blades and bowl than I ever had mixing resin. I used the mixer twice. The first time I cleaned with many, many wipes and alcohol and still had to use the tool on the crevices of the blades the next day. The second time, I followed the directions for the "let it cure" method and it was a nightmare. After 30 minutes, nearly half a roll of tape, and a lot of aggravation trying to get the cured resin of the blades, bowl, and mat, I quit. It's going back. Seemed like a great idea, but totally not worth it and it wasted product. I love Let's Resin resins and molds, especially the black resin which is amazing! I would love to try the Bubble Remover or Curing Machine but now I am very skeptical and I don't want to risk wasting any more resin. Back to mixing by hand for me!
