Great customer service
The first one i received was giving me an error message on my old printer but after contacting customer service they were very helpful in getting a replacement sent in 2 days. I appreciate their help and will definitely recommend this business.

Quick and Easy
I tried loading the new colors along with the Black. The Cyan(Blue) continued to show damaged cartridge. So I called the customer service and he quickly decided to just send me new cartridges for nothing. It was quick and easy. Let's hope the Blue works when I get it tomorrow. Thanks for your prompt attention

Don’t do it!
I tried this ink for the 1st time on a HP 8660. Ink wasn’t recognized so I contacted manufacturer. They were very nice and sent me out more ink. The replacement did not work either. When I finally put original HP ink back in the printer, it wouldn’t recognize the HP ink. Printer was broken. Tried cleaning the print head and even got it replaced. Printer never worked again. I HAD TO BUY A WHOLE NEW PRINTER.

Excellent Customer Service
The item ordered did not function as advertised. Customer Service immediately offered to send a replacement with money back if same problem is encountered. A 2 day inconvenience but at 1/3 the cost of HP ink they get a pass.

quality of the products .
Apparently, HP is preventing the function and use of cartridges not made by HP. The new package of ink arrived yesterday and is not working. I continue to receive notification of wrong cartridges one or more.Alex , one of your representative was kind and most helpful. Please give her my sincere appreciation and gratitude. I don't know what I am going to do . The Ink is not working. I may have to return the Ink and find different supplier. But first I am going to try to circumvent HP or worse yet. to buy new printer NOT HP. I am just so upset the products are not working.
