Q: My Wisa SoundSend is blinking red, what does this mean?

The WiSA SoundSend blinking red is one state that indicates when the transmitter did not successfully reconnect to all of the speakers that it had previously connected to. If you get a blinking red, please ensure that all of the speakers that have been associated with the SoundSend are checked to ensure that they are powered on and the SoundSend can be restarted. Thank you

Q: How many outlets do you need

Each speaker requires 1 power cable, so you will need to have at least 3-5 outlets for the front (2 front speakers, 1 center speaker, 1 subwoofer, and 1 for the transmitter), and then an additional 2 for the surround speakers. You may need an extra power strip just for the front set of speakers depending how many outlets are available.

Q: Why is it not free delivery for the Platin Monaco 5.1 white? It costs $89 for delivery.

That I cannot tell you as I had the black ones but possibly because they have to ship from the factory and it's an extra expense I don't know.

Q: I am thinking about buying this. But there is no cover for the speaker. Where can we get the cover?
