Rada Cutlery Regular Paring Knife (R101), 3.25" Stainless Steel Hollow Ground Blade, Made in USA, Silver Handle, Pack of 2

The Rada Cutlery 3.25-inch R101 regular paring knife (with aluminum handle) is a small knife, with really good quality. I am glad to see that it was made in the USA, and that its price is affordable. I have used this knife twice daily, for the past month, and its blade is still very sharp and its appearance is still pristine. I hand wash all of my sharp knives, and I dry them immediately.

These knives are great! I received two of their other knives almost 28 years ago for my wedding. We have loved those knives. Recently, I came across this when looking for pairing knives. So happy I found them. They feel good in your hand. So far, their quality is the same. Here's to another 28 years of use!!And, since I've found where to get these now, since the others were a gift, I'm so happy to order different types of knives.

Great quality knife. Easy to keep sharp. The only brand I use now.

Sharp and lightweight. The blades are thinner and make peeling or slicing apples or potatoes a snap!

Excellent little knife. Very sharp out of the box. I highly recommend. The only draw back, they are difficult to re-sharpen.

For an inexpensive knife, it performs like jobs well and has remained sharp despite quite a bit of use.

My paring knives are my most used knives in my kitchen- This knife works great- Sharp and easy to hold. I've had many other paring knives that have had wooden or metal handles and this one by far is my favorite. There is no slip when using it (like some that I have had) it cuts great and if it ever needs sharpening it looks like it would be easy to sharpen making this knife one that should last and be around for many years. It fits great in my hand so there's less chance of me having issues using it. Where some of the knives I've had in the past the handles have seemed bulky and hard to hold I do not have that problem with this knife. If there's a day I find I need a new one I will be coming back to buy another one of these. I highly recommend this product (and I purchased this and wasn't paid for my review)
