This is our 2nd set. Our first was not ventless. The heat output on this is amazing! The furnace hardly kicks on and we are having subzero temperatures. Also, the quality of the logs is better than our 1st set and we paid more for the 1st set several years ago. The remote is a nice addition 😊 programming was simple. So, Great value, looks nice, saving on the furnace kicking on, easy to install and use. Oh, had a slight smell when we first turned on, but went away quickly. Don’t hesitate. This is a great product.

I can see where others have had issues with this set but if you dont get any part of the install correct like battery orientation then it wont work properly. I did not have any issues with the installation except for that as the devices domt show the correct battery orientation. I assumed incorrectly on the igniter and it didnt spark at first. Overall this is an excellent value and works as expected.

I thought it was as advertised, although a little cheaper looking appearance than photos. It was easy to assemble and works great. Has some nice extras like a thermostat control. If the logs were larger and more realistic looking,

WOW!!! Very easy to assemble. Don't forget the add-on kit with the gas line and attachments. The remote works great. Save yourself about $600. This is a fantastic buy and all the bells and whistles. If you're looking for this item you found it. I am very impressed

It looks like the receiving unit for the remote went bad. It was getting chilly and when I checked them they were off. The pilot light is lit on the logs but they will not turn on. It's not reliable.

Looks good. Easy to operate. Easy to put together.

So far so good. Installed by licensed plumber, it's in a vented working fireplace box but I keep the damper closed. It cranks out heat and takes chill off 500sq ft room it's in almost immediately. Have 4 different co monitors to confirm low/no levels become newborn and all show 0 after an hour of running. Be advised the flame is pretty underwhelming, it's even smaller than the photos but I guess that's the trade off with ventless. Overall good unit. Customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable, reps know info without typing to lookup it up.
