Got this battery replacement kit and good thing I had my own tools. The suction cup ring wasn’t strong enough to pull the cover up so I could get the pick tool in so I could pull the cover off. The smallest screw driver wouldn’t unscrew the screws. And after 5-6 hours finally got battery replaced and found a new settings/battery message with red alert icon on settings icon that this battery is not original equipment. Also gave up trying to get case sealant aligned. Seller said the not original equipment alert is the way it is. Battery seems to be working but if I had the cash would just take it to apple certified dealer for replacement.Update: The seller refunded my purchase. I checked around and it would cost $90 + tax for an Apple Authorized battery. So the savings on this not original equipment battery are significant and it seems to be working just fine.

This product is trash. Unfortunately, I can not return it since i have already installed it into my phone. The installation, and all was just as expected. However, the product itself has been a waste of my time and money. The battery shows its charging while i am using it but continues to decrease. Only way for the battery to increase its charge percentage is to actually shut the screen off and not use the phone. I might as well have kept my old battery and atleast i would still have "genuine apple products" still in my phone. As i said, wish i could return this battery, but i cant due to discarding my old battery already. I would give this ZERO Stars if i could. Not to mention, it was supposed to be next day delivery, and it came 5 days later

Wasn’t aware of this but if you install a non Apple battery in your phone that’s newer than iPhone 10 you get an error in settings. The battery works fine but the battery capacity in settings won’t show properly. Still shows battery % on you Home Screen but not capacity in settings. Damn Apple.
