I purchased these after fracturing my fifth metatarsal and needing support during recovery—especially when I wasn’t wearing my walking boot, like around the house for short movements. These compression sleeves have worked extremely well. I wear a women’s US size 9.5–10 shoe, and I went with the XXL. When my foot isn’t swollen, they fit perfectly—snug but not too tight. But when swelling flares up, I’m especially glad I chose the XXL. If swelling wasn’t an issue, I could probably wear an XL. They provide great support and stability without feeling restrictive. They help with pressure, swelling, and arch support, and I’ve noticed reduced discomfort during and after wear. The sleeves are well made, easy to slip on, and hold their shape nicely over time. After receiving my first pair, I ended up buying a second pair about a month later, since my recovery period is about three months long. Having two allows me to rotate them out and always have a clean pair ready. I also plan to continue wearing them after I'm released from the walking boot and transition into a firm tennis shoe for extra support. If you’re recovering from a foot injury—especially one like a metatarsal fracture—and need added stability and relief, I highly recommend these. ***A few months later and I am back walking with Hoka tennis shoes. The compression sleeve is still helping because I do 9K+ steps a day and my foot that was broken swells up a lot. The only problem I am noticing is that as time goes on and I hand wash and air dry these, the end piece near my toes curls and rides up. I wont knock a star off, because I have gotten good use out of them but there seems to be an expiration date, so to speak so I may need to discard these and buy new ones. Overall, still very helpful.

I had patiently been awaiting their delivery with my tremendous pain with planter’s fasciitis. I read great reviews and was very hopeful they’ll be of help. Just touching my feet to the ground causes immense pain. From the moment I put them on I felt comfort and the sharp shooting pain lessened. Praying these are the ticket! I may never take them off. I wear a 9-10 and bought the L/XL. They fit so good, like a glove!

I purchased a pair of these several years ago when I had issue with Plantar Fascitis and they helped reduce the pain and swelling and supported my arch to help me work through the healing process and recovery. Recently my wife injured her ankle running and symptoms from a past dog bite reoccurred. I gave her one of the socks that I used and it helped a lot to reduce the swelling while providing relieve from the pain. I ordered her a pair and she wears them on a daily basis. This is a premium quality compression sock, with optimum support functions, but yet comfortable to wear all day. It does not move position during sports or fitness activities. Can be worn alone or under another sock comfortably. Nice to have many color options to choose from!

I wear these under my socks when I go hiking, and I’ve noticed my feet are much less sore after long hikes. The quality is strong. I just toss them in the wash and dryer with the rest of my hiking gear, and they hold up beautifully. They’re very comfortable to wear (I forget I have them on), and I love that they don’t take up much space in my drawer. The fit is snug, so I’d recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes. The fact that they come in different colors and patterns is a nice bonus. The price is more than fair for the quality and support they provide, and shipping was fast with secure packaging. They’ve made a noticeable difference for my hiking and workouts. I’d highly recommend these to anyone who spends long hours on their feet.

I know it might seem like an exaggeration to call these a miracle, but it was a lifesaver for my half marathon! Just a week away from the race, an old cuboid injury flared up after my final training session. The intermittent pain was awful, even just walking while going about my day. I was afraid I was going to end up missing the race or injuring myself even more. I eased up throughout the week and ordered this brace set to help stabilize my foot. I measured using the three-point system in the listing instructions, and it fit perfectly. I was even able to slide the brace over my compression sock to really keep things in place. By the time the race rolled around, I was pain-free again and was able to finish the half marathon without any issues. If you need extra stability for this type of foot pain, I strongly recommend this brace!

I purchased these to help support the pain I have on the outside of one of my feet. They arrived very quickly and are a very nice, high-quality product that looks like they would be durable. They are thin, as presented, so wearing them under a pair of sport socks for a workout or riding my horses in paddock boots would be very doable. However, the support on the outside of my foot was minimal. I am returning them because, on my feet, these are so tight around the front of my ankle/top of my foot is painful, leaving stress and pressure red marks after only 10 minutes of wearing them. My feet are lean and a size 6 women's shoe. I don't want to size up because I already know that they won't be tight enough to support the side of my foot [Pain in my 5th Metatarsal]. They may work for you, but not for my foot.

This sleeve helped so much while recovering from a stress fracture of my fifth metatarsal! I wore a boot to walk any kind of distance or outside the house. But at home, I wore this sleeve inside a recovery shoe and it was very supportive.

They do compress. But I didn’t get any further relief from my archilles tendonitis

Been wearing it for 2 days and the heel is hurting a little less when I walk. Could be the Band-Aid effect feeling like I'm doing something productive so it's helping. It's not too tight it's not too loose just a little loose around the ankle. I could wear it underneath my socks. So far I'm satisfied with the product. ***UPDATE It really does work well for planter fasciitis as long as you keep it on. I feel about zero pain when I'm wearing it just took them off to put them in the wash and I can't wait till they come out.
