Used it to crush the cardboard box it came in and it snapped. WTF

I got this to compact our trash in the garbage cans instead of using our hands, so it's not dangerous if there's broken glass, etc. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of this unit. I was afraid the handle would need screwing together and the presser would be small. In fact, the handle is all one piece and welded onto the presser. It works pretty well. I will note, if you use it to press down dirty or messy garbage, you have to spray it off or have a bucket or some other holder, to keep it from getting yuckiness wherever its stored.
