Perfect amount of shade added to the back yard, looks good too not like a plastic bag hanging from posts. Do yourself a favor and install with turnbuckles otherwise the sail will sag and look bad

Originally we loved it and were going to buy more. Unfortunately it developed 3 quarter-sized holes within 2 months of use.

One of the 12' sides isn't sewn properly (straight) and therefore doesn't attach to my patio correctly. I need to return this but window for returns has expired? I just got the time and weather to install it!
