What is the amplitude of the stroke? 10mm, 12mm, 16mm?

I have no idea. My massage gun quit working after one day.

One of the removable pieces broke off into my massage gun; how do I remove the broken piece stuck inside?

Is nothing holding the piece inside you just need to pull it out hard don’t twist it just pull it when the gun is not plug-in to the charger it loses up and you be able to get it out that’s the only way. When you plug it our press the power button and your hear sssss and the piece get out little bit or with tweezers but like I said nothing is holding the piece it should come out just pulling out I can’t explain better. But I can show you pics of how I did it it was pretty easy sorry I can’t post pics here if not I would’ve

I have lost the charging cord. Can I buy a new cord or do I need to rebuy the whole package?

I have yet t find a charging cord that can't be replaced. I have done it many times. Do a search for the item charging cord and see what comes up.
