this scooter hits all the necessary marks that I was looking for while still remaining within my budget. firstly, its build is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. it has a decently wide deck, a good weight, and wide handlebars, which all lend to an overall reliable and sturdy feeling while riding. I had enough space to attach my phone holder to it, which is a definite plus. at the same time, I find it to be quite sleek. i'm also very grateful for the bright headlight and brake lights, which help me feel safe when it's getting dark out. I use this scooter for a 2.5 mile commute to work through a mostly residential area that is moderately hilly—it handles the job well, going about 12 miles uphill and maxing out to about 16 downhill (my weight is 130 lbs for reference). it makes my commute quite fun so I often use it for recreation too. I will typically take my scooter while family members take their bike for short-to-moderately distanced joy rides. lastly, the battery life is good for my needs and I find that it charges back up fairly quickly after a day/afternoon of use (one note: the charger makes a loud screeching sound when its done charging so you can't really charge it overnight without causing a disturbance). overall, I recommend this for e-scooter beginners and short distance commuters, as well as anyone looking for a recreational activity for their teens or themselves.

The setup was easy, and the app works pretty good with the scooter and has many controls like lights, lock, and speed settings. The ride on the scooter is not bad, there is suspension for the back wheel providing a pretty smooth ride. The range on the scooter is also great and lasts a while, as well as the speed it can go. Those specs are great and make the scooter fun to ride. The scooter is also has very nice aesthetics, looks great! And the lights add to that. The quality control is not terrible but if you need anything you can email them for help. Overall not bad, pretty good.

I just finished bandaging my face and knee, again. I bought two of these scooters, one for me and one for my grandson who is 12. My grandson races motorbikes, skateboards and go carts. I'm a young 54 and thought maybe it was just me, but he agrees that these scooters are too shaky and unstable for anybody. We have both wiped out multiple times from the simplest thing. Slightly uneven seam on sidewalks, a pebble and today a tiny twig barely bigger than a Matchstick took me down. I'm so disappointed that I have almost $700 invested in the scooters and am now looking for a way to spend more money to make them more stable because I'm stuck with them. We've only ridden them for short distances seven or eight times since purchasing . The tires treds are already looking worn and It's like they have no shock absorption at all. If the front wheel hits a pebble going at the medium speed the scooter gets out of control. I've had other scooters and never had this problem before. If I could return them, I definitely would. Unfortunately, I've had them for 3 months. I'm tired of both of us getting hurt. These were supposed to be for fun outings for me and my grandson to ride through the park but I've gone through too many bandages and too much pain for it to be fun.

We got this scooter for our 14yr old son and he really enjoys it! It’s a really solid build, came pretty much ready out of the box. The bigger tires and larger deck really make it enjoyable to ride. It feels sturdy and really rides smooth. Def recommend. Customer service was very responsive as well!
