Very Responsive and Quick Solutions
First of all, the seller was great at responding back as soon as they could. Sometimes it was tricky due to time differences but regardless seller still answered every inquiry. My package got lost in the mail and the seller immediately offered a refund or re-shipment of the product. Seller was also kind enough to throw in some extra batteries for the inconvenience.Product works great! Haven’t had any issues at all, the batteries are great quality. Battery life is excellent and lasts forever! Will definitely be repurchasing in the future. Price point is pretty good too compared to other places I have purchased similar batteries at.

Received Horrible batteries
The batteries arrived fairly quickly but that is the only good thing. went to use them and they were dead. Fully charged them and they were acting as if they were already drained over halfway. Use them in flashlights and with them fully charged will not illuminate 100%.As they are also very light in weightNot worth the purchase.Will never buy from this seller again

I have used these batteries with only 1 failure after 1 year
I have used these batteries for a year. The capacity is ok, their durability is good for all except one. The battery capacity is decent and it takes around 35 minutes to charge full.The 18650 battery cases will take these batteries and they fit snug.

I really love these batteries!
They really put out, and they are rechargeable. They are much more useful than smaller AA or AAA batteries. I am very happy with them.

Very Helpful seller - has offered to help identify Battery type
My hope was to replace a bad battery in a Dewalt battery pack. But when I opened it up, I discovered battery was welded in place, and would have to break plastic housing. The batteries supplied by the vendor came almost next day in a very secure package, and were completely charged, and ready to go.

Definitely over-rated & low quality.
On high they overheat & shut down or discharge in minutes in simple 1,000lumen headlamps. Have to set to low immediately. Other brands work fine.
