I tried Sea Moss of many other brands, but Blossom Nature’s formula is unique. First of all it contains 10 essential supplements in one serving size, meaning I need to take only two capsules in order to get all essential vitamins. It contains Black Seed Oil, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Apple Cider Vinegar, and many more other great vitamins. Another great thing about this brand is that their capsule is vegetable, I think this is the only one brand that offer vegetable capsule without any artificial ingredients, making the formula super clean. Bottom line, I very recommend this product, and definitely will buy more of it.

I love the ease and convenience of these all-in-one supplements. It makes it quick and easy to take 2 capsules as opposed to multiple bottles with a capsule of each. This supplement contains Irish Sea Moss, Black Seed Oil, Ashwagandha, Bladderwrack, Burdock, Turmeric, Apple Cider Vinegar, Manuka Honey, Dandelion, Black Pepper and more. I do not generally care for the taste of Sea Moss or Turmeric and love that these capsules have no flavor. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day and they are easy to swallow. I take them with breakfast and plenty of water and have not experienced any negative side effects. Each bottle contains 60 capsules so it is a 1 month supply making it a good value.In general, Sea Moss is known for potential benefits to digestion & immunity; Black Seed Oil is known for its antioxidant & anti-inflammatory properties; Ashwagandha may help with stress and mental focus; Burdock Root & Turmeric support your liver health, etc. These capsules are a good choice for someone looking to improve their health overall.

…. I LOVE that it has so many great products, products that I try to take regularly anyway (as supplements), so it makes doing so that much easier. And SO MUCH cheaper! They are quality ingredients and, with more time, I think I could easily say the product itself is quality and does what it’s said to do. So far, I feel like it does.

All of these natural ingredients are super immune system and testosterone building ingredients. i would call this natures multi vitamin for sure. All of these ingredients are extremely helpful to keep you healthy. Seamoss & black seed oil alone are super good for you but ashwagandha also is great for dopamine levels and lowering your stress. I took these and felt amazing everyday. More alert, energetic, & I noticed I got in better shape as well without working out due to the testosterone boost from these natural ingredients.

I love trying out new supplements, but I also like thoroughly researching all of the ingredients and the quality control through the manufacturing process. Made in the USA.I got this mostly for the ashwagandha, but the dandelion root, turmeric (with black pepper for better absorption) and apple cider vinegar are great inclusions.I only wish they listed how much of each one rather than lumping them all together. It does save me money wince I normally take the three separately, but it would be nice to know how much of each one is in the bottle so I know whether or not I'm getting enough.
