ClairolNice'n Easy Crème Permanent Hair Dye, 6 Light Brown, 220g

I've been using this dye for around 10 years now , it's a ashy blonde colour almost like a really light brown /dark blonde.PROS: No harsh smells like a lot of dyes , this one actually smells nice.Full even coverage. Takes out yellow / orange tones.Leaves hair soft and shiny. Doesn't damage your hair.Easy to mix and use.CONS:It can be a little darker when you first dye it but it does fade after a few washes to the colour on the box.No matter how many times I think "oh I might change my hair colour" and it goes tragically wrong (it happens a lot) , this dye ALWAYS saves the day. I always go back to it.

Very nice shade of brown, applies well and covers different coloured patches of hair. I have shoulder length hair for reference and bough two boxes and this was more than enough product to evenly and thoroughly apply. I have washed my hair a few times since applying and the colour has held up fairly well. Will reapply again in a couple of weeks - roughly around 4 weeks after applying. I also used the conditioner afterwards, which I tend not to be a fan of as I usually do not like fragrance as I find they can smell the same and very chemical like but this was very pleasant and made my hair feel super soft, I will use this as a hair mask even when not colouring. The product at first seems quite dark when wet, as do most hair dyes, but once dried and in different light, the colour leans a nice shade of cool brown. I would highly recommend this product and will buy again to top up the roots.

I waited to write this review so i could see how the colour changed between several weeks of washing.Having used another wellKnown hair dye for 30 years which has become increasingly weaker over the last 5 years only staying in for a few washes i have been trying out new different options as a replacement. Clairol nice and easy is by far the best of those tried so far . Its Exceptional hair dye as the colour actually stays true for many weeks (6 weeks for me and it still looks fabulous). Of course i still have to dye roots periodically and the grey coverage is fabulous! Its a much shorter setting time 25 mins compared to others which can be 30-45 mins. Good consistency so not too runny that it drips everywhere and not too thick where you cant rub it around to spread it. It does stick to your skin around your face badly but i have learned to be more careful so i limit the impact ( tip: put some conditioner around the edge of your face at the hair line). Also worth noting there isnt enough in the bottle to cover all my very long hair but defo enough for roots and hair bob length!

I have this on subscribe & save and im thoroughly impressed with the results. So much cheaper than the shops. The color turned out exactly as shown on the box—rich, vibrant, and even from root to tip. The application process was easy, and the instructions were clear.I love how soft and shiny my hair felt afterward. Unlike other dyes that leave hair dry or brittle this one actually made mine feel better. It’s been a few weeks now, and the color is still holding up beautifully with minimal fading. Not Actually keen on this hair dye it's meant to be brown with tones but it's quite dark on my hair looks black but the Fragrance of the dye when you put it on is quite nice not strong smell like other hair dyes and the conditioner after is absolutely amazing smell
