Best thing ever life saver

SUPER easy to use, and the thickness setting is awesome, the blade is very sharp and at first the thinnest setting had my onions sticking together in clumps cuz of how thin they were---they simply wouldn't drop into the tray. Sorted that out though. This thing is great!!

This thing has been a life saver! Its very sharp and cuts through veggies like butter. The suction cups hold well so it doesn’t slide around. The tray that sits under to catch my ingredients fits over the stand so it stays in place too. I keep a plastic cutting board underneath because veggies tend to fall over the side when I’m chopping. It would be nice if it was just a tad taller. Slightly more storage capacity wouldn’t hurt. It’s very easy to use. The settings on the back give you many options. It took me a bit to figure out the button that releases the mandolin from the base for cleaning. It’s much easier to wash once you do 😂. I do wish it had an option for a larger size slice/dice.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this for just over $20 because I didn’t really want to invest in something I will rarely use and honestly, I’m scared of using a mandolin because of the sharp blade. I didn’t have high expectations… However, I am happy to say it worked very well and it’s not just fun to use, it’s super easy! Though I avoided the blade at all costs it seems very sharp cause it cut through my potatoes with ease! Definitely leveled up my cooking ability with scalloped potatoes. The only downside, is the size… it’s hard to find a place to store it. Otherwise, happy slicing!

Let me start off by saying that I am not easily impressed but this mandoline has me excited. It is very well made and designed and I am finding myself very impressed. The plastic has some real heft to it making me feel as though I will be getting some long term use out of it. When turning the dials, I don't feel as if the unit is unsteady or about to fall apart. I am even impressed with a lot of the little design elements. The groove of the basket fits nicely behind the unit, held in place by the kickstand. There are even little suction cups at the bottom to hold the unit in place. I foresee myself getting a lot of use out of this, because sometimes, you gotta eat a whole cucumber!

I had a very hard time figuring out the settings even after watching the video a few times. After finally sort of getting that done it hits the little tray every time I push the blade down. I got it to work but not great.

Totally disappointed. Got this a replacement after accident using regular mandolin. Don’t waste your money. Tried slicing multiple times with no success. Tried julienne with no success. Guess it is safer since it didn’t slice anything. Repeatedly read instructions but never did slice vegetables. Missed return window so went in trash.
