The massage modes are Auto/Leg/Foot/Pinch/Press/Relax, the vibration settings are Breathing/Continuous/Intermittent and the intensity levels are Min/Mid/Max. Not only does it have a heat setting, which helps to relax my muscles even further, but it comes with 2 removable ice packs. When researching this type of leg massagers there were very few that offered this addition. They're perfect for days when I need to reduce inflammation or soothe sore muscles. This addition really enhances the overall value of this product. The absolute best thing about this product is that it comes with a storage bag. It's great for traveling. I can easily take it with me, so I never miss out on my relaxation routine. These leg massagers are one of the best investments I've made for my health. If you have any type of leg pain, you need this product.

Wir haben das Gerät gekauft und direkt ausprobiert. Es hat allen (Eltern + Kinder) Entspannung gebracht. Die Massagewirkung ist komfortabel und hilfreich bei Beschwerden mit den 6 verschiedenen Programmen. Würden wir auch wieder kaufen.

Great gift! Good compression and easy to use. No issues and have been using it daily. Comes with a bag to pack everything in easily. Love it!

It said in the description that it has a knee elbow and shoulder wrap there’s no elbow or shoulder wrap included. I just had shoulder surgery that was one of the key points in buying this product along with the leg wraps. The description is very deceptive. I probably would not have bought this product if I’ve known it didn’t come with the shoulder wrap. also, I’m not sure what you would do with the ice packs that come with it. They are so small.
