Plug & Play
The dongle works as expected. Runs on Windows 11 Pro 24H2 - Plug & Play.This dongle comes with a rather long antenna and the unit itself is slightly wider than a standard USB Type A plug. Therefore, I recommend making sure you have enough room around the I/O or enough ports so that it is pushing or putting pressure on any other USB plugs.I purchased this originally for use with Multi-Factor Authentication and Passkey so my desktop could connect to my phone and authenticate my logins when working from home.However, I have since paired my Xbox Series X controller to it, to play GTA 5 games. Works great, no lag or blips that I have seen / felt.It's a 5/5 for me.

Easy to use. Works. Amazing.
Origionally got for my ps4 but it dosent want to work for that. BUT for PC it Works splendid, reccomended to my boyfriend. I can wear my wireless headphones and game no issues and it's so freeing! I love it! No more snagging.I use JLab Pop+ or Tones (my headphones, wireless ear buds), to connect to this little thing in any pc usb port. Works great. Not a single issue. Easy to use.

works with linux, usb fit is tight
1 star off because it was a really, really tight fit into my usb port (almost scary tight)Works with linux, however the driver in the linux firmware is broken.. but you can run this to get it working:sudo mv rtl8761bu_config.bin rtl8761bu_config.bin.bkpsudo ln -s rtl8761b_config.bin rtl8761bu_config.binsudo mv rtl8761bu_fw.bin rtl8761bu_fw.bin.bkpsudo ln -s rtl8761b_fw.bin rtl8761bu_fw.binYou won't lose any functionality at all

Exceeded my expectations.
Plug and play, good sound quality, every headphone I have works well with it. The sounds doesn't fail or cut, connects easily and has enough range to keep the sound connected anywhere in the house without any issue. I am happy with this and recommend it.

Much better than the tiny adapters, this gets a really good signal.
I thought my PC couldn't do reliable bluetooth connection. I was wrong, it's just that those fingernail sized adapters are nasty junk. This thing is brilliant. One caveat - My PC (Windows 10) is very sensitive to new USB hardware. If I start my PC with this plugged in I sometimes get a blue screen of death, despite having the latest drivers. Easy solution is to take the adapter out before starting the PC then inserting it back in when Windows has loaded.
