Easy to use
This liquid descaler was very easy to use. You add it right to the water tank and run it through. I did run an extra tank of plain clean water through, and there was no cleaner residue taste or smell. The coffee did taste fresher after the cleaning, not bitter.

Well, I used it. Did it the way it was supposed to be done and my light is still on.
Easy to use, but unfortunately did not work after the first bottle

Good descaler
I have not had good luck using descalers that come in pods. Frankly, after using them I cannot detect any difference in the coffee maker or in taste. Using a liquid in the water tank makes more sense to me. Using this descaler was easy and the coffee it made after was good.
