Ok, most people viewing this product won't be looking to build a DIY woodworking dust separator. But just in case, this grease bucket makes an excellent collection receptacle for a DIY cyclonic dust separator. 16 gallons provides an ample volume for dust. It has a very good soft rubber seal with clips holding the lid down. The included mobile base makes it easy to move the separator around the shop. A 4" hole saw provided a perfectly sized hole in cover to mount my Quick Click Dust Collection Separator (also available on Amazon). Other DIY cyclonic dust separator builders have had issues attempting to use 15-16 gallon plastic buckets as a dust receptacle because they collapsed under vacuum. This strong metal bucket does not have that problem.

Amazing to use for any restaurant with deep-fryers. Fairly large and the finish makes it really easy to clean. The lid and locks are great for making sure the contents don't spill, but remember to never lock the lid if the oil is still hot as it will vacuum the container extremely tight.

Perfect. Solved my question of how I could keep the grease contained in my food trailer. Has a strainer. I didn't have the buckling issue that some claim to have, but I do try to let the grease cool 30 minutes to an hour before transferring it to the container.Once I had to transfer the grease/oil while still hot. I just snapped one of the latches to keep the top on.This is really great buy though. I'm grateful for it.

It came packaged up great. So that means it was assembled wrong! One of the lid hold downs clips is under the fastener so the clip can never reach the lid edge. It has to be bent to allow the fastener down and then bent back into place work as a latch. Otherwise I can’t see anything wrong with the grease tank. I can’t tell if the handle was supposed to be installed or not but it was only partially installed and the bolt washer and nut were rolling around in the box. The two handles on the sides are good and they are off to the left side of the one large handle. I wouldn’t be picking this tank up by the one handle. A full tank of hot grease might bust it. There are four square pieces on the bottom of the tank. I guess there is a trolley that mounts to the bottom of the tank. I didn’t need it and didn’t see one to add to the purchase. Better check for it if you need one, because this tank will not sit or move easily without it once full. Its size is 15” diameter, 15” tall, and its circumference is about 24”. Smooth on the inside, powder coat was even and smooth, can’t tell the quality of the steel but it seems functional and with any large pot cleaning won’t be too hard but not too easy ether.

This thing is a time saver at markets. At the end of the day I can empty all my hot oil from my deep fryer into this bucket and go home. I don't have to worry about leaks or anything melting.

DO NOT BUY!!!The stand is not compatible with the bucket. It wobbles around, only rests on 2/4th of the cross bars, and is completely unusable. The seal does not seal. Waste of money and time. 16gal is not big enough for 2 standard fryers.
