This product is very difficult to use unless you have the remote control next to you, which I have not used it since I installed it yesterday and began to use it this morning. The side switches are located in the right side towards the back. It is impossible to see them unless you twist your back more than 90 degree which you could hurt yourself badly like I did. The switches are hard to feel and see which button to push, especially if you are an older person. As a guest you might be frustrated if you do not know where the switches are. The product looks impressive but who cares when you go to bathroom and need to do what you need to do. They need to go to drawing board. Returning an installed toilet is not easy, it is not an small thing. I just spent so much money renovating my bath rooms and now need to call the Plummer to take this crap out and install a not so smart toilet. I might have to sue these people for marketing a product which is lacking many basic and needed human factors. I hope I get my money back. I made a mistake to buy two of them. Sorry for these negative comments but has to be done.The conclusion is that do not buy this product unless you want to be where I am.
