Durable and works as intended. Been using it to lock my shed and so far no issues. No need to use a key to lock/unlock everytime!

Rain or shine, this outdoor padlock has been extremely reliable. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I can see exactly when and who opened it through the eGeeTouch app. My son is able to use the NFC tag to unlock the shed easily, which has been very convenient. It continued working properly even during heavy rain, with no issues at all. Setup was straightforward and simple, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. I highly recommend this lock for anyone looking for strong security with monitored access!

I have 6 porta potties that need access by 60 employees. I've had to replace them multiple times because they just die with no warning leaving employees unable to use the bathroom. We have had to drill and cut them off after only a couple months in service, replace fobs and the app doesn't work all of the time. I am looking for a different product, I'd love to go back to using the reliable combo style locks. Imagine if it was for a rental or something even more safety sensitive than a porta potty. THE WORST PRODUCT EVER. HATE.

Great, sturdy lock! Love all the features, app and setup was very easy. I was able to use it right away. Really cool technology.

We purchased these for our community beach access, even purchased an annual contract with eGee company. We've had to replace the lock two to three times now, as they stopped functioning. We love the option for log auditing but unfortunately the records date/time were not accurate and did not record effectively. Great idea, not well designed/implemented. We've switched to the eLinkSmart Heavy Duty Smart Padlock.

Reliable and sturdy digital lock. I was looking for s solution where I don’t have to carry keys around and lose them. This is the solution that I needed. The design is simple. It can be used outdoor and in the rain too. Remember to use the app for better functionalities

I bought 2 of these locks. One worked great from the behind while the other worked but required a little more force to lock and unlock. No big deal really but only after using it for about 2 months it stopped latching. The lock is completely dead. The battery was near full but it has no power and will not charge. I emailed support and they never responded. I sent a message on their support website and they didn't respond. Out of 2 locks purchased one would get 5 stars and the other would get 0 stars. Customer service/support gets 0 stars. Update: They finally got back to me and sent me a new lock after I submitted video of the defective lock not working.

This is my 2nd time purchased this smart lock. I love it so much as it is so convenient and solve my issue of key missing. I used fingerprint type lock before, sometime it is so inconsistent to recognise my fingerprint especially after my swim class. Finally I change to this BT and NFC lock that solve my problem. It is so reliable and ease to use.
