Somehow it’s working
I’ve gone to a chiropractor and they recommended one of those neck rolls, so I decided to just buy this pillow instead of laying on the ground at random times in a day I don’t have. At first it was awkward, where do my shoulders go? Is my head in the correct spot? Am I following these super simple instructions correctly? By day 2 it became more of a personal choice on how to use the pillow, since I sleep on my side the most I use the higher option of the pillow and it works well with me without it losing its firmness.So, somehow it’s working out for me.

Not memory foam
Despite descriptions this is not memory foam. Not a deal breaker but if you’re looking for foam that warms to body temperature and softens and molds to you this absolutely does not. It was too high and too firm for me even on low end with insert out. I liked the sculpted shapes but wasn’t comfortable for me

Does not work for me.
It is too hard for me. Feel like my head and neck is on a slab of concrete. I have tried it over a week and I give up.

Decreased Neck Pain
Chiropractor recommended I use this for my neck pain. It’s comfortable and made well. It did have a chemical smell when I first opened it but it didn’t last long. My neck pain has greatly improved with the help of this pillow.

Literally the best $ I’ve spent
I have chronic neck pain & have spent over $1000 trying to find a pillow that would help. Finallyyyyyyyy, this one is a gem. Supportive, comfortable, prevents my neck from getting in stressful positions. So glad I have finally found a winner!

It’s an great pillow
So I broke my neck a few years ago & always have had trouble finding a not to soft not to firm pillow.. this is it. I’m going on 3 week of good nights sleep & not waking upWith a jammed up neck!
