I was recommended this from a friend. I was dubious at first as I work as a Personal Trainer and have tried countless exercise equipment that promise the world and don't deliver. I was really blown away with how well this worked! You get a core stimulator and 2 other stimulator to use on other muscle groups like arms and calfs etc.This is so convenient for me as I can wear it round the house whilst I do chores or odd jobs! It gives me the same pump I'd get from doing crunches after a workout! This would be ideal if you find that you can't get to a gym or do a workout for any reason, or if you are staying in a hotel that doesn't have a gym, or even if you're a busy parent and don't get the time to workout!I have been reccomending this to all my clients as it's a great bargain for an effective piece of kit! Definitely a great buy!

I got these when they were on offer as I wouldn’t like to pay full price so something like this. I was a bit sceptical at first as it’s hard to know if these do actually work.I bought them after reading a review of someone that had bought them and used them while they were doing jobs around the house or making dinner. This review said that it made them think they had done a work out on their core while they were pottering about the house so I thought I’d do the same.Upon testing them, there were a good few settings to put the vibrations on. One of the settings was a really discomforting feel and out of the 8 settings (I think there were 8) only 2 actually felt like they were doing something. You can change how hard the vibrations hit you and like I said, most didn’t really do anything And there was one that was just really uncomfortable.There were three sets of battery parts and one of them lasted 20 minutes just from opening the pack, the others had next to no charge in them. I put one of them on charge for a few hours and tested it before I went to bed and there was still no charge in it. I then tried charging the other two the next day and they wouldn’t charge either.I sent these back as they were a waste of my time and wouldn’t charge. As for the actual use of the item, 20 minutes of vibrations to my abs didn’t feel like I’ve done a workout on them. I felt like I had done more by doing 10 sit-ups.As I said, these were just a waste of time for me which is why I gave it one star. They might have worked for other people and I’m not sure if anyone else had the same trouble with charging them up. I was just disappointed and thought the product was rubbish.

I use after going to gym as I am not keen on doing sit-ups. I’ve always wanted to try one of these devices and I am happy I have. Even after a couple of days you see a difference. I do 20 minutes on setting 3 everyday. It’s important if you want to see results you must do it everyday! This isn’t just for abs but it can be used for legs and biceps. I don’t use it for that reason but it’s good to know other muscles can be worked / tonedIt’s easy to set up and comfortable to wear, I would recommend this product if you want to tone your abdominal area.

The product works but one doesnt charge anymore. Barely used. I assume the rest wont last much longer either then

Tried this our yesterday and I already see a slight difference.I would say this ALONE will not give you a dream.body regular exercise and diet combines will help

This is good to use while in office , but the battery run out quick , so need to keep charging daily , can’t see any different yet but like the feeling.Just realize my skin become allergy and red, feel so itchy and burning feeling , will need to return this product.

How do I get a replacement body build as only two out the three work. other wise works well but can only do one arm and stomach

Can definitely feel it doing something, nice to slob out in front of the telly eating bad food and this does all the work.I’ve previously spent hours upon hours in the gym and all that seems to do is make me gain muscle when I only want to tone up like this device offers 🙊🙉🙈
