My parakeets really seem to love it. My female parakeet has chewed up the box which is about the only downside. However, I have not taken it out of the cage as she seems to have fun chewing on it. It is easy to clean and take care of as I have taken it out and wiped it down several times and if it wasn't for her chewing on it I would say quality is perfect. It fits well in the cage as the size is nice and it looks nice in the cage as well. I will let any pet lover know that the wood is soft and is chewable for your critters.

The media could not be loaded. My birds go inside but they are not ready to be breeding as they are very young! And possibility they are both boys. Which is fine. It can serve as a play area which I have seen them going in and out of.The nesting box is sturdy and was easy to put onto the flight cage. I’m very happy with it. And would recommend to friends.

I purchased this for my parrotlets as they should start laying soon. The size of this box is great and it will work for anything from finches up to parrotlets and lovebirds. I am leaving 3 stars though for the simple fact that my parrotlets were able to chew a hole in the side of the box by the entryway. The box came assembled already. The wood is made with a soft type of wood, so it isn't really sturdy. It functions well . I feel for the price, it could be better materials, but it works. The value is ok.
