Puzzle Heaven
This is an incredible set if you are truly into puzzles. The pieces are small, and there are so many. Although the pieces are small, they are well-made. No problems with the pictures pealing off or the pieces bending when you try to fit them in place. This will keep even the most dedicated puzzle master busy for weeks. This is a set for those serious about doing puzzles. If you are a person who kinda likes puzzles and works on them once a month, you'll be working on this for the rest of your life. If you are into it, you'll love this set. The pictures are amazing, and the set is well made.

Beautiful puzzle but…
This is the largest puzzle I’ve don’t and took me about a month to complete. Beautiful once complete however there are pros and cons: starting with the cons, the inside packaging used for the pieces were quite brittle and 3 packages had broken open during the shipping and I am missing 2 pieces. Also, I found the puzzle to be quite flimsy and when doing a large puzzle that you need to move large sections to put together, it made it quite frustrating when it wouldn’t stay together when dragging the sections. Pros, the sections were broken down into smaller puzzles but still challenging. There are multiple ways you can put it together so the end result is up to you. This is my first Trefl puzzle. I did like that they have an option to request replacement pieces for their large Unlimited Fit Technology puzzles and I have submitted a request but given that the company is European it appears to be taking some time for them to arrive to Canada (about 4 weeks and counting).

Happy, But not happy.
The puzzle it self looks to be good quality. However when i recieved the package, 3 of the bags were ripped and pieces of puzzles were everywhere in the box. Since there is several different puzzles now i don't know what pieces go to which puzzle. Or if all of the pieces are even all there. Not sure if i even want to spend the time of putting them togeather now.

Tiny pieces, worthless poster
These are unusually tiny pieces. Which causes two problems. First of all, they are hard to pick up especially with arthritic fingers. Secondly, because they're so tiny, many of the pieces have zero detail on them. They're just one color. And with 13,000 pieces, you need at least one little dot of detail on each piece. The poster is worthless. Not only is the actual size of the poster small, but it repeats the drawing twice on the same piece of paper. (!) It shows the drawing, and then it shows each individual "puzzle" separated out. But identical to the actual full size drawing. For the size of this puzzle, you need a poster about three times as big. There is no detail level on this poster. I may as well be looking at it on my phone. In fact it would be better on my phone because I could zoom in.

Horrible packaging and missing pieces
This is the first time I've ever given up on a puzzle before I even started. For being $100, you would think the manufacturer would invest a little more effort in making sure their product arrived in a usable condition. The quality of the materials are an absolute joke. I ordered one and thought maybe I got one that had been returned and resent out repeatedly, so had a replacement puzzle sent as well, so this review is based off of two of these puzzles having the same issues. The crappy cellophane type bags for the individual puzzles might as well not be there. There are 9 puzzles that you can remove the edges with their "endless fit technology" and connect to make a larger puzzle. 8 of my 9 bags were open in the first puzzle. Not just a little but split entirely with pieces everywhere. The replacement puzzle had 3 that were broken open but not to the same extreme.Neither of the puzzle boxes were sealed - they're held closed by a round sticker on each side and all of them were either not attached or had ripped in half. Additionally, both of the exterior boxes were open when they arrived. So what does that mean? Puzzle pieces were everywhere. It was so bad my delivery guy apologized and gave me a handful of pieces that had fallen out in his truck. When I removed the paper padding the box, puzzle pieces rained down everywhere. The second puzzle wasn't as extreme but both boxes were open and there were loose pieces floating in the shipping box as well.I love a challenge but there is absolutely no way I am going to attempt to sort and assemble 13500 pieces of a puzzle when I know from the beginning that I'm going to be missing a lot of the pieces. That's ridiculous and something Trefl could easily solve - it's not like there is lack of complaints about the same issues. In addition to the problems above, I was disappointed to see the puzzle was 9 individual ones joined together in a disjointed way instead of having one continuous picture. They literally send a booklet on how to combine the puzzles together in different ways. You end up having to remove the edges and slap them together that way. The final puzzle isn't 13500 pieces afterall. But you know what else they didn't consider? Including an image guide that was useful. The one they did send was a small poster of the entire image and very small pictures (only a few inches, way smaller than even a postcard) of the individual puzzles. They were all so small they would be useless during assembly, especially if you were already struggling with a box of mixed pieces. The pieces are tiny and pretty thick, if that makes a difference - I prefer puzzles made like that. I think I would have enjoyed putting it together despite my disappointment in the design. It's a pity.

Huge
Absolutely huge puzzle. Comes in multiple bags, each bag is one puzzle, and then you connect them all together with glue to make one huge picture. Nice quality.

Image on both pieces and poster are so small that its not fun
My son bought this for his puzzle-loving mom. The piece quality is great. But the image printed on the pieces and on the poster are so small that it's fuzzy and difficult to sort and assemble the puzzle.
