This towel warmer is beautiful.

Just installed and this is a nice product that looks clean and stylish. Easy install if you take time and get measurements right!It can be hardwired if you have the skills. I am electrician so I came up with a code compliant method. Pics to show attachedP.s. 4 stars just because maybe a plate for such an install should be included.

The media could not be loaded. After spending $800 to have it installed in our brand new bathroom "IT DOES NOT WORK " the ON/OFF switch does not turn it ON/or OFF and they tell me that we need to press harder on the ON/OFF switch at 69 years old not sure I can press harder, what a crock all I am asking for is a new switch to turn it ON /OFF I will never recommend this towel wall hanger their support is terrible and they do not back up their merchandise

Did not say it has an external plug. Now it cant be installed so no wires are sticking out. So annoying. It looks good but first thing you see when you go to the bathroom is the long wire hanging.

Although we love the design, we noticed the plug did not come with a normal tag with a safety rating. Waiting for the seller to respond to my email if this item has been tested for safety. Any electrical products must go through a safety certification to make sure it’s not a fire hazard. The last thing you want is risk leaving this plugged in and you come home and this towel warmer caused a fire because it was not tested and certified for safety. Until we hear back from the seller, we can’t install this product.

It fits perfectly on the space . I did not install my self but my contractor told me that it was very easy to install. And looks great.

INSTALLED YESTERDAY.. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE BAR ITSELF IS A LITTLE OUT OF SQUARE ON THE NEXT TO BOTTOM RUNG ON THE LEFT... GET TOWELS REALLY WARM!!!
