We love this detergent. I used to make our own low tox detergent but with three large dogs, I wanted something low tox that still had a good scent to it. Otherwise our clean laundry just still smells like dog. Everything comes out so clean and smells great without being overwhelming. Plus, the truly free website you can't order the refills without the jug so I order here and love that you can get so many refills. The scented even is fine for my newborn which is a huge plus. We also have hard water and this works well even with that. Love it.

10/10 recommend this laundry detergent when trying to find a chemical and toxic free product. It cleans so much better and gets ALL stains out than any other detergent I’ve tried. I will do a full load of laundry and only use 2 tablespoons worth and it works perfect! Best perk is that is smells amazing!I high recommend filling the container half full with warm water, added the detergent and shake really well. Let the bubbles dissolve and shake again to ensure everything is incorporated. Once the bubbles are gone, fill to the max line with more warm water, shake and you are good to go!

Love this laundry soap! Smells amazing but also all natural so you don’t have to worry about harsh chemicals in your clothes. Leaves clothes super soft as well without any softener. You get a decent amount of loads as well and super easy to use with the cap. Overall I will be switching this to my new laundry soap as it is the full package! Natural, good as the hard stains, softens clothes, smells good, and nice value for money! If you are on the fence you need to try it is totally worth it! You won’t be buying anything else!

Easy to make and easy to use

There are so many issues with this product, I don’t know where to begin. I have been using tide free and clear for about five years and was looking for a more natural product with a natural scent. Upon opening the packet to mix solution, the scent was noxious and you instantly could taste a nasty chemical when you smelled the powder. This smells like Gain or Tide. I’m incredibly disappointed that this wasn’t the natural essential oil smell it was marketed as having. The scent is diminished after drying but not natural smelling at all.Secondly, it doesn’t clean. Even using a full cap which should be good for two large loads, my everyday clothes are not clean. Dirt is still on my kids pants that usually comes out with tide. It’s like washing with scented water.I haven’t noticed any reaction yet for my kid’s sensitive skin but honestly, the product seems so dilute and not suds appear during wash cycle, so I’m not convinced there’s anything concentrated about it except the scent.Lastly, the bottle provided is awful. It leaks when you pour and it tells you to shake before each use because the particles settle. When you shake, detergent leaks out of the cap and makes a big mess before you even open the lid.TrulyFree is truly free of anything natural or useful for your laundry routine. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It’s over priced and has misleading marketing. I suspect many of the raving reviews are a scam because there’s no way this is a natural detergent. I hope this review prevents someone else from wasting $20 on noxiously scented water.

Works great and smells lovely. Would recommend if you are looking for a non toxic laundry soap. Have been using for several months now.

Pros:-it smells like traditional detergent. It’s very strong as first but washes out and once clothes have gone through the dryer it’s almost totally gone.-clothes seem clean. Not cleaner nor dirtier than the other detergents we’ve tried.Cons:-no matter what I do, the bottle leaks everywhere. I’ve bought two bottles, squished it hard to make sure no leaks were there. You have to shake it prior to use and even if I didn’t shake it, it still leaks. I have to pour it over a towel, then pour it into the machine. It’s a mess.-there are no affordable refill options. This company says they are trying to be eco friendly yet their refill options make zero sense. I’ve bought the starter kit twice and now I have two leaking bottles. I finally bit the bullet and bought 4 refill pounces for $60?! Just seems crazy. The Amazon options make zero sense and the brand’s actually website also has terrible options.I’ll probably use this up and despite the leaking I would probably keep using it and just use a different bottle. But for the price and somewhat misleading advertising I probably won’t buy again.

Used one bottle for family member with skin issues. After two months skin condition "may" have marginally improved so we purchased more to continue the experiment. We will continue to use until we are convinced that a positive effect has been proved. Sample size of 1 is difficult to prove.
