Best money I've ever spent on myself - more for health than relaxation
The instructions tell you to use it maximum 30 mins, but I was so excited I tried 5 programs for 10 mins in a row my first time. When I got up I felt a little shaken, like when you get an incredibly intense Tui Na or Thai massage. And it hurt my lower back and hips, in a good way, but stronger than I anticipated. For the first few mins after I felt a little woozy and achey (not pain, just a soft discomfort) and regretted doing it for so long. Half an hour later I suddenly felt inspired to cook. Now, I struggle a lot with low energy levels, not helped by all-day aches in my back and shoulder and neck. I found myself cooking, feeling motivated to clean, and even cooked a little for my housemate. She gave me an amused smile because of how uplifted I was - and I found myself wondering out loud whether my mood shift was due to the massage/stretch. Suddenly, I realised I not only was in zero pain, but was much looser and less conscious of my body because of how relaxed and loose my entire body felt. I found myself moving bigger, and while my body usually makes me feel old, it felt the way it used to feel - like it wasn't carrying the weight of the world on it. I have no clue which program did this, but I'm absolutely in awe that something as simple as lying down for a little bit and pressing buttons can give me the effect I usually pay $150 a session for. Very grateful for technology, and excited to see how this impacts my health. Also, certain motions felt a little like when my Tui Na practitioners put me on my back and manipulate my shoulders and neck from underneath - it honestly was just as soothing and releasing. Lastly, a word of warning for those of us with abnormal lengths of torso or neck - I have both because I am a giraffe - you may find certain massage programs don't quite hit the perfect spot if you follow instructions of where to put your shoulder in relation to the neck/head area (see instructions). I found that I occasionally needed to wiggle up and down a little to find the perfect spot rather than solely trusting the measurement as every body is different. But that tiny issue is worth it for the result I have. I am currently typing this at the laptop, where I am usually in pain and now just feel loose. So grateful and glad I bought this on a whim during Prime Day. It would've been worth full price as well.

A high quality product that performs as described!
As a student of Classical Chinese Medicine, I’ve studied the anatomy of the human body in detail and particularly the spine, which is not only an intricate structure with many, many moving parts but bound by a system of sinews and muscles that together make it incredibly strong yet flexible. Unless you (like so many of us) suffer from a spinal injury or condition, it is easy to take the amazing spinal structure for granted. Keeping the spine healthy is, like most moving parts of the body, in large part a matter of not only strengthening but, crucially, maintaining flexibility. Most of us, my self included, don’t stretch our bodies as much as we should to maintain health. The spine in particular is difficult to stretch adequately. The large and very tough Anterior Spinal Ligament is epitome of this. Very difficult to stretch and maintain flexibility but so important to keep it in a flexible condition. The Klug Ultra Stretching Massager is an excellent way to keep our spine supple. I bought this several months ago and my wife and I use it daily. When we first got it, I needed to keep it set on the lowest intensity setting to keep from having a sore back. I’ve since gradually increased the settings and now can use it on the highest setting every day without pain. Our family, adult son and his wife, brother in law and wife, have all tried it and ordered one after getting home. This is a ‘must have’ accessory to keep your spine working as well as it did when you were young.

The best gift for yourself and your loved ones. WORTH EVERY PENNY
My husband seems to enjoy this massager more than any other expensive item I've ever bought him for his birthday. He has experienced severe neck pain and difficulty sleeping for nearly a decade. He had pretty well given up as nothing had truly worked despite thousands of dollars being spent trying to tackle these issues. However, I decided to try something new for his birthday that may at least help him a little bit. My husband is 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds, so I looked into Klug because it is supposed to have a rather large limit. Long story short, we ended up taking turns with this massager. When my husband first used it, he was surprised that this massager could raise and stretch him given the fact that the mat was small and light. He used it once the previous morning, and as soon as he woke up, I saw him using it once again. And the very next day, his back pain got better immediately. I tried it because I was intrigued, and now I want to have one for myself. The effectiveness of this Klug mat is INSTANT!! As someone who has been dealing with a disc herniation, I can attest that I have never used a massager that is this effective. In fact, I like this better than kneading and rolling methods. Your body is truly stretched during, and you immediately feel so much lighter. I was also taken aback by how much energy it gave me, as I was usually exhausted and drowsy. It actually felt like I had a new body, or something, since I feel like it resets my entire body. I adore that it has a safety feature and a heated mode. So far, we've used it for a short period of time but my husband's sleep has improved already; he falls asleep quickly and wakes up rejuvenated because his back discomfort no longer interferes with his sleep. Indeed, I believe I will purchase one for myself. I definitely recommend this to anyone who sits for lengthy periods of time at a computer or has chronic back discomfort.
