i was very sceptical about the half moon shape lamps but i really am impressed with how well the whole area is alight and really makes doing nails so much easier and the halo does not get on the way at all of your manicure or filing

Lmaqfum Half Moon Lamp for Desk, 29'' 40w (31.8w tested)I quite like the Lmaqfum Half Moon Lamp for Desk, 29'' 40w, it comes really well packed and requires little assembly, only the two feet need attaching and that is easily done with the supplied tool.The light feels really well made out of quality materials and is very sturdy when stood, it is hinged in the middle with adjustable feet so it can be adjusted to a narrower stance. It comes with a remote controls and also has controles on the cable that can adjust the brightness and colour temperature of the light.The Lmaqfum Half Moon Lamp is rated at 40w, but moving on to my tester of truth and we can see its only 31.9 watts which is around 20% less than rated which is a shame, however it is still bright enough for most people.Overall the Lmaqfum Half Moon Lamp for Desk is a decent enough product, however the shortfall on wattage and a £75.99 price tag at the time of reviewing its a bit pricey for what it is.

This arrived today and it looks amazing.It has several different settings which you can choose from, it is quite bright.Perfect size, taller than I thought it was going to be so I’m delighted as you can put the uv lamp under it along with an arm rest.Looks very classes in my nail salon ☺️

Everything arrives very securely packed, a custom moulded foam interior keeps each individual component snugly in place. There's a single sheet with assembly instructions. That's very clear but to be honest not really needed as assembly is a case of merely attaching the feet.The light is metal, with a good quality white finish. The feet are solidly made and attach with a single screw. When assembled the unit is stable. The attachment area tilts so you can adjust exactly how wide apart the feet are - giving a working area ranging between tall and narrow and a fully opened semi-circle.Illumination is bright, even and easily adjusted using the control box on the mains lead. Brightness is steplessly controllable and the colour temperature can be changed. Very quick to find the right settings for the task in hand. There's also a remote control, though with all the options I need right at hand I haven't tried this. Nice to have it included I suppose.Although advertised as a beauty product light I'm using this for close up work on electronics circuit boards. I've previously used an anglepoise desk lamp but the shadow-free illumination from this light is much more useful. It genuinely makes the task faster and gives confidence that I'm being accurate. Using it fully open there's adequate space to work comfortably, I can see this being invaluable for many situations where you need to perform precision tasks and avoid shadows from your hands and tools.Very pleased with both the effectiveness and quality of this light. Packs small when not in use and will be easily portable for anyone doing mobile nail or beauty treatment.

This is quite a decent quality half moon desk light.
