Ordered for my granddaughter and she loved it. Faster delivery than expected.

My item was sent and personalized incorrectly, the name was NOT on the front.
It was made incorrectly, and no one has responded to my emails or requests for a refund! I don't think I've ever written a bad review for anything before, but this is ridiculous. This was so many weeks ago the item is irrelevant now. I would, however, still like my refund for the journal and the mailing cost.

They shipped it so fast I was worried I messed up on the customization settings, I don't know how they did it so fast. The notebook arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. And it's perfect! Super soft cover the logo was printed sold and clean. Thick enough paper so pens don't bleed through, All around great little book i love it! Get it, 100% recommend
