Man I loved this thing! I was great for a carry in at work, perfect for a charcuterie type setup. However, it’s not dishwasher safe. I did pull up the listing before I put it in. I don’t mind washing things by hand but it did specifically say it was safe and we were leaving for the holiday, so in it went. Will be returning, and I will buy another because it was great, I’ll just remember to hand wash.

My husband put mine through the dishwasher without realizing it shouldn’t be. Sadly it’s unusable now. But we enjoyed our first and only use of it!

The eight compartments fit in nicely and each would hold about a cup and a half. There is a small gap between the containers and the lid. The lid does not fit tightly against the container tops which does mean you need to be careful about tipping to avoid any juices running. Also smells and flavors might mingle if left for long. I had planned on bringing this to teacher school lunch events like Taco day. The handles are comfortable and stay upright when you pull them up. The fork is a two-prong simply stamped from a sheet of metal with a slight curve in the tongs. The edges are sanded to avoid any burrs, it gets the job done.

I ordered these to place different toppings and choices for salads, buddha bowls, poke bowls, etc. The lid latches but isn't fully sealed so sauces might leak if not carried carefully. It works better with dry items or items that won't mingle scents or tastes. I find it helpful - it keeps me from having to have several separate containers for items.
