This is a great little stepper if you want something compact, and the stretch bands for your arms are an added bonus. However, if you have balance issues it might not be a good idea unless you place it near a wall so you can support yourself. I used it to keep myself in shape over the course of the bleak, icy Minnesota winter when walking just isn't safe. The app tracks your workouts, and if you have other Sunnyfit equipment (we have the smart scale) it tracks data from those as well.

This thing has been a life saver. It is VERY cold out and this keeps me stepping and moving. It's easy to tuck under my bed and you'd never know it was there. I'd say this thing is VERY durable and the tension bands are such a plus. If it's way too cold or way too hot? Grab this affordable stepper and you won't regret it.

Electronic counter does not work. When you start stepping it does Not come on automatically. when you turn it on manually it still does not start the counting cycle or if it does it does not count all your steps and just stops counting altogether. The app sometimes does recognize the unit but since the unit does not count the steps the app does not record anything. The stepper itself if ok if you just keep track of everything manually. Updated 12/23/25 I want to update the original review After communicating with the company they sent me a free replacement sensor which I was able to switch out and currently the product seems to be working as advertised. I appreciated their help and saving the hassle of sending the product back. So changing the rating to a 4 star

Love this tiny, powerful piece of gear! Needed a way to exercise without a gym membership or big, expensive equipment. Bought this mini stepper with some reservation. Could it really deliver a full body workout? Answer, yes! Like with any workout, the more you put into it the more you’ll get out of it. Finding the right tension, foot placement and rhythm was part of the learning curve. Now that I have it, I look forward to getting my heart rate up and sweating off stress. The elastic straps give a great arm workout and help me with stability. The SunnyFit app has great workouts and I love being able to choose them according to how much time and what type of workout I want. I’ve been using this stepper for a few weeks now and am so grateful I purchased it. Add an exercise mat and some light hand weights and you’ll have everything you need.

It works great and fits under the bed for easy storage

Perfect, use everyday for a quick cardio session and am planning to bring to work to keep at desk. Took a minute to figure out the resistance situation but if you read instructions it makes sense.

I’m on my 30’s and regularly workout (weight lifting and walking 4+ miles a day). I was hoping to add this for home workouts to target a few other muscles since I don’t have an elliptical or stair stepper at home (I do them at the gym). I’ve had this thing for months trying to slowly increase from a few minutes a day to more and I should’ve returned it within the first month as the pain has never improved and I’ve never gotten past 10 minutes. I do NOT have knee problems, I’m a healthy weight, and workout regularly… I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

I’m absolutely loving my mini stepper! It’s compact, easy to use and provides a great workout. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my leg strength and overall fitness since I started using it. Highly recommended!

Excellent product. Very well made and easy to use. You can definitely work up a sweat using this. Great exercises for both arms and legs.

Good so far for simple cardio and especially for the price but if you’re looking for intense probably not for you. Just wanted to get my steps in

I previously owned the non-compact Sunny stepper, which lasted me about three years before the metal string broke. Decided to upgrade to this compact smart version, and I’m so glad I did! It’s just as effective for a full-body workout but takes up much less space. The adjustable resistance bands are a great touch, and the smooth, quiet hydraulics make it perfect for home use. The SunnyFit app is an awesome addition for tracking progress and exploring workouts. Definitely a worthy replacement—compact, durable, and full of features!
