Apple (Refurbished) iPhone 13 Pro (128 GB) - Alpine Green

The repair quality is extremely poor. The microphone doesn't work at all, and the screen has clearly been replaced with a non-genuine part, which affects both the display quality and touch responsiveness. Overall, the build and finish are substandard. Considering all these issues, the product is massively overpriced. You'd be better off buying a used device in decent condition rather than wasting money on this so-called "refurbished" one. Definitely not recommended.

The iPhone 13 Pro Max I bought from FONEZONE was in decent condition to look at, but the battery life is not good. Once fully charged it lasted for 4/5 hours max, and then it had to be charged again. The phone did not come in a iPhone box or with charger. It had a charger cable in the FONEZONE box, but the scary part was that this cable was not an Apple cable. When I charged the phone the first time it took an age to get fully charged. The most dangerous thing about this was that I noticed a burning smell in the room, and at first did not know realise at it was coming from my phone ! It turned out that it was the cable. I immediately unplugged the cable, which burned my fingers because it was boiling hot at both ends. If I had continued to charge for longer unattended it would for sure caused a fire, without a doubt. My question to FONEZONE is why supply a 1dhs cable from China that can put peoples lives in danger for the sake of their profit margins and reputation. An Apple cable you can buy in shops or online for around 30dhs max. Better still, don't bother to include this cheap and dangerous cable in the box at all. AMAZON must also take some responsibility for this as well, they should be checking the quality of the products of their suppliers. For all of the aforementioned reasons, I will not be buying any further products from FONEZONE. People reading this review can make up their own minds whether they want to risk their wellbeing for the sake of getting a 'good deal'. It is mind boggling that companies like FONEZONE and AMAZON ruin their reputations by continuing to offer these dangerous low quality products. They continue to ignore customers safety by offering such poor quality items, and at the same time thinking that their customers will be fooled. All for the sake of filling their pockets.
