I was out of town and I realized I had forgotten my usual honey for tea in the hotel (panic moment for me). My husband ran out to a local store and came back with an ashamed look on his face and told me that he was ashamed to have failed me and was not worthy (be glad you don’t know us because we’re pretty dorky and we’re also pretty sure that only we “get” us). He hadn’t found any of my brand so he went with a box full single serves. OMG! I’ve had a lot of honey in my life but this one is pretty symphonic in my mouth! When it hits the tips and sides of your tongue there’s a sweetness and a fullness in texture, then this sweet, flowing symphonic (I swore to myself I’d not repeat that word, but it fits!) swirling flavors pretty much take over your mouth for awhile. For you honey geeks like me, take some swigs straight out of the bottle (like I needed to tell you that) and say this ain’t so. One of the remaining perks of any fantastic honey is that it doesn’t leave that scratchy, unpleasant taste/feel in the back of your throat when you swallow it. I have a new honey! Good boy! Good, good, boy, hubby!!
