I have taken these for a few weeks and have had no noticeable effect on myself. That’s not to say these will not work for others but for me personally they did nothing. I had no ill effect on my body so that’s good. They were tasteless and seemed to be easy to swallow.

I’ve been taking shilajit for some time, it is one of the few traditional medicines that I find to be effective. Was sticking to the resin form because it’s more common and seems more natural, but decided to give capsules a try. Happy with these so far, the benefits for me seem to be the same, but it’s definitely more convenient. One capsule a day and you’re good to go.
