Très bonne ceinture idéal pour les exercices de dos , avec elle on evite les blessures. Niveau qualité elle est vraiment très solide et d un aspect vraiment pro. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

I ordered a medium as my pants are 30"-31" waist. And I can barely get the belt to the first holes. It is waaaay too small for what the size chart says.

I have known lifters to get passionate about their belts and the style. For me, I have tried a few over 2 decades and this is the to which one I keep coming back. I am not a bodybuilder or powerlifter but I do lift to stay fit & I have always preferred a thick 6" belt over other styles and this one has worked well for me. They last a long time (until I forgot it at the gym which seems to happen every 2-3 years & then I need to replace it) and support my back well while providing good intra-abdominal pressure. To be sure, this is not everyone's cup of tea but you just might like this.

Der Gurt besteht aus erwartet guter Qualität und ist den Preis jedenfalls gerecht. Die Verstellung in Grösse L ist allemal ausreichend für den normalen Bauchumfang. Bei einer Gürtellänge von 90 ist die Grösse L eher zu lange gewählt. Der Rücken ist durch die Breite beim Heben von Gewichten sehr gut geschützt.

I ordered this, apparently from someone who returned it and was able to get this for only 5 dollars. I love how it fits i ordered a small with 6 inch back part and its really good quality and support for my back when lifting. For reference i have size 27in waist and ususally wear size small
