Honeywell Fendall Porta Stream II 16-Gallon (60.5 L) Refillable Primary Emergency Eye Wash Station (with 8 oz./237 ml Water Additive), Green (32-000230-0000)

Product arrived when expected, was exactly as depicted, and perfectly replaced the unit we had previously.

Purchased this eyewash station and the saline solution combo the beginning of April. It arrived quickly and was easy to install and fill. I filled the eyewash station in accordance with the directions on the saline solutions, on April 11th. Yesterday, June 5th, the rubber cap started leaking. When investigating the leak it was found that the saline solution was eating through the rubber from the inside out. Please see the attached. I have ordered a new rubber cap set and will only be filling this with water and Aquasep. The saline is too much for the rubber. I used rubber sealant to seal the rubber until my replacement can arrive. You can see on my inspection tag when it was installed and the rubber sealant that is now on there. Over all this is a good product, and worth the price, just don't get the saline with it, use some other water preserver that is eyewash recommended.

Sturdy and easy to hang.

We discovered today that the eyepieces on the eye wash station - Fendall Porta steam II (16-gallon) were faulty. There are no holes to allow the water to escape. Please can you send us a replacement.

Hope we don't have to use it.

Same thing out safety rep was trying to sell half the price. This is as advertised. No issues great deal
