Excellent supplement
Excellent supplement and affordable. It helps me during gym exercises and ensures I can stretch my limits lifting weights. The taste is also excellent. I use it with 400 ml of water and tastes yummy.

Chalk and lal juban churan which we use to eat when we were kids also mixed in it very poor quality no taste so much color added....

Works well
Using since last 3 days. Works well as expected. Helped to extend my workout time and intensity. One scoop is sufficient for 1-2 hours workout. Flavour was good and mixed well too.

Helps with fatigue during exercise / games
This is an excellent supplement to have when one is working out either in the gym or playing games for example BADMINTON. I distantly feel less fatigued when taking this. I’m able to push a little bit more in the gym or feel quite good after some badminton games. Earlier I used to feel drained out. Recommended.
