All cards are printed on 8" x 6" 270gsm high gloss card before being packed with a pure white diamond flap envelope and inserted into a hard back brown envelope for extra protection. Please note that once you have filled in your personalisation and submitted your order you DO NOT need to contact us as we cannot respond to everyone due to work volume. Please be careful what you send us as we will NOT chase up afterwards due to being extremely busy and we WILL print exactly what we receive. We will not make any assumptions to spellings that you send us whether we think it is incorrect or not especially with names and so the onus is on you to get it right. **Please do NOT order for an event which falls before the latest estimated delivery date that you have been provided with by before you place your order. We will not take any responsibility if you do this and the item does not arrive on time and we will not issue a refund for your order as you have made the decision to order** If your order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, please do not open a case or A-Z claim with as we are more than happy to resolve your problem. I bought this card for a little girl who loves Unicorns for her 8th birthday. She loved it and so did I. Very good product
Ordered card just fill in name,age.and what they are to you e.g. daughter son,neice etc., they then show on line the finished product,confirm it’s correct. I was told the delivery date which was on time and they did inform myself of were it was in transit.Card arrived in a protected envelope so it couldn’t bend,the card it’s self was well made and very good value for money,the granddaughter loved it.So it was money well spent,highly recommended.
