UPDATED REVIEW: I left my old review for anybody that encounters this issue on possibly a defective part but As for customer service no other company I know of nowadays does what this owner did. Not only did he reach out to me outside of Amazon, but he also made it right by sending me a replacement and has been speaking to me on the situation and to me that's very valuable in a company. my last product could've been defective in quality, but they allowed me to receive another part And a full refund, the support was intensive and that's more valuable than anything. I've seen in a company before. OLD REVIEW: unfortunately, the quality did not live up to what I expected it to the spring inside does not automatically return to its original position anymore, even after lubricating it. for the price it'll still get you a step to help you leverage yourself on your PWC but you'd want it to be working after only two uses into sea and even after intensive care and washing/rinsing although it could also be to the part being defective.

Perfect fit and alignment with the pre-drilled holes on the Spark Trixx so install took seconds. Already tried it out: having this is a big improvement when pulling yourself back onto the PWC. Recommend.
