Had my doubts but thus far this plate has performed extraordinarily well. I washed it initially with dawn before using it. Ever print thus far has printed (with the exception of one piece of a two piece model). Adhesion is great. You do still need to flex it to break the model free but it comes of clean. I have tried various plates on my A1 Mini. So far this one is the best.

Fits as it should, works as it should! Plus the shiny side leaves a neat finish on some flat gift boxes I printed.

The surface became shiny and so smooth!

I bought back on March 16, 2024 and boy do I wish I could return this piece of @&*$#. I have been using since March and not really any problems until today! So frustrating! It ruined my 3D print which I had to throw out. If I could, I would leave Negative stars!

The Bambu Lab A1 Mini is a current darling in the industry. It is an inexpensive bed slinger that yields amazing results with almost push-button convenience for the user. Sure, the bed is small, but for many people this is a first printer so size isn't the first concern. The printer comes with a single, double-sided removable textured PEI plate. When I saw that there are third-party plates available and that they feature refraction pattern finishes that will transfer to the first layer of your print, I was intrigued. This plate has a textured PEI finish on one side. The texture is less coarse than the Bambu plate, more on this later. The other side is what the seller calls PEO which I believe is not a real abbreviation but refers to plates with a fine finish that actually refracts light that reflects from it. Various patterns are available, I got the triangle shapes with the color variations from red to green. It was easy to install the plate and unlike other plates on the market there is no plastic to peel off the PEO finish. I found the print stuck excellently to the plate and indeed the pattern did transfer to the first layer. In the attached picture, you can see the triangle pattern but grey was probably not the best color filament to show it off. Of course it's up to the individual whether you like the effect enough to buy a plate for just that. I will stress that you must wait for the print to cool before detaching it. Otherwise the PEO surface will bubble and may be damaged. One thing I will say, I was not expecting to use the textured side of this plate as much as I do. Overall the Bambu printer is a workhorse but the one area I have had occasional problems is poor adhesion of tiny parts to the textured plate. I tested the same troublesome print (Flexi Toothless dragon) with the textured side of this HzdaDeve plate and adhesion is excellent. Overall, I recommend the plate which came well protected in a bubble envelope. Non recyclable unfortunately.
