If I could give this no stars I would! It never even connected to the app. I have a vtech baby baby monitor that I love and I wanted to love this but it was awful. I tried for 2 hours, following every step exact. It would not work. I have an iPhone 12 so it isn’t a mobile problem. I would get through every step and at the very end it would say it failed. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA!

La calidad de la imagen es mala.Cuando mueves la cámara desde la app el micrófono se silencia por 5 segundos y luego recuperas el audio.No funciona con la app Vtech Baby Cam.Yo tengo una cámara de la misma marca y quise conectarla con la primera pero resulta que no es posible ni compatible.No la recomiendo 👎

I would love to rate the entire camera but can not at all connect! VERY frustrating to say the least…I have tried to reset etc but nope! BIG waste!

Did not have the right charger/adapter. I don’t know if it works. This item was supposed to be new,

It never worked. The app didn’t recognize the camera and kept crashing. Piece of junk.

I purchased this camera in another color. I have been trying to connect this camera since March. I have an iPhone. It is one of, if not the very most, single popular model of phone. When I last contacted vtech "customer support", I was advised to buy another mobile device in order to connect to the camera. I will not. Even given more than six months, vtech has yet to adapt its application to not crash in the set-up process. In my personal opinion, and on information and belief, vtech does not ever plan on making an app that actually functions as advertized.
