First off if you’re even considering getting any standing desk for your work, DO IT. I haven’t sat for more than probably an hour this whole week which totaled probably 45 hours or so. It’s so much easier to be focused and stay working, my productivity has pretty much disappeared. As far as this specific desk goes, I would say it is a really great budget choice to get into the standing desk game. While it is relatively featureless compared to some electric desks, those are a lot more expensive and honestly I haven’t felt like I’ve been missing anything from it (specifically speaking of the programmed button-mapped heights some desks have). It’s super easy to put together, even by yourself, looks fantastic on its own and makes your setup look dope as well, always a plus. Being only 4 feet wide, I had to find additional shelving and space to put things like my PC on, not a big deal at all. I’d feel very nervous having EVERYTHING on the desk all the time anyhow when it moves up and down, and I kinda like the look of having different sections of surface faces. It can definitely work as a desktop workstation setup if you do find that additional surface space, but if you only had a laptop, this would be aces. It’s incredibly sturdy even close to maximum height (I use it at about 95% and I am 6’1”) and on carpet as well. Overall this thing is sick, I’m very pleased with it, and am definitely going to be sticking with it for a long time until I get a third monitor. Standing while working + gaming has been awesome, I can definitely tell the difference in how I feel at the end of the day. This desk isn’t trying to be crazy fancy or feature packed, and considering Staples has desks that are just normal and come close to this price, it does an AMAZING job for where it slots in. THE GOOD - Looks great - Incredibly study at pretty much any height - Easy to assemble - Wide enough for all the workstation necessities including two monitors. THE BAD - Cable routing holes towed the back are very small, definitely more meant for a laptop charger and a printer cable or something. Don’t expect to fit desktop power, video cables, AND mouse and keyboard cables through there. - Not super deep for gaming. I’m an arm aimer, and there’s not a ton of depth to do what I’d like but I’m picking up new legs for my riser which should solve that. - Not a whole ton of cable management going on. Would’ve liked to see at least one sleeve or cable rest, but I guess you can always get those on your own.

Excellent quality, easy to put together, but the screws that they give you to screw into the desk are a bit long in my opinion for mounting the control panel and the control box. It looked to me that if you used them without washers, they may puncture the top of the desk; pictures of rubber washers i used included in this review. Maybe not, but I dodnt take the chance, I used some rubber washers j7st to be sure. The quality of the rubber wood and the frame is fantastic. Motor is smooth as silk, I couldnt be happier. Many of the negative comments I see are on the cheaper versions, this was one of the more expensive models. The desk is very sturdy, the frame is really heavy, but the desktop is lightweight, durable, one solid piece, and real wood

What an awesome desk. Adjustable to any desired height. Just perfect. So sturdy and heavy. Perfectly quiet and so easy to assemble. Takes 20 minutes to put together. Extremely simple. Added a few pictures of the quality packaging. Ours arrived in absolutely perfect condition.

So I bought this sit-stand desk because I started getting lower back and hip pain from sitting too long. This company offers a variety of desk models and it's up to you to select which one fits your needs. I specifically chose this model because of the "dual" motors and I've read it is a lot more sturdier (i.e., less wobble at higher setting) than the other cheaper models. The installation took me a while because I did it all by myself but the instruction manual was fairly easy to follow. I do, however, have one regret and that is I should've gotten the larger desktop had I know the one I ordered wouldn't fit in the space I originally planned. The depth of the desk, however, makes up for the shorter width. The up and down movement of the desk is smooth and doesn't struggle. I have a minimal desktop setup so there is not much sitting on my desk. At my stand setting, there is slight wobble but not to the point where it is troublesome. The mechanical legs are well built and are pretty heavy compared to the lower-end models. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this desk! Just a caution, it is heavy table. The wooden board, the metal frame all are very heavy. That is a good thing and proves its build quality. The bamboo wooden board has a very nice matt polish which enhanced its premiumness. The motor is very strong. However, it's not a good idea to rely on the obstacle sensor always. In case it fails, you might get hurt. I'm 5'10'' and the standing height is perfect for me. I believe it would be perfect for even taller people. Expensive but worth every penny.

As a student, I always need space for books and my laptop. This E6 desk is super spacious and comfy to use. The lift is almost silent, so I can adjust it in the dorm without bothering anyone. It also helps me stay comfy whether I sit or stand. Love it!

Product is as described. The single solid wood piece and the dual motors allow for significant lift; I have sat on the table while it ascended and descended and felt very confident in its stability. Looks wise, the full black is great. You will get finger print smudging without a doubt, but that's expected for nearly anything colored black. The table surface just has a very clean look. The housing for the control panel that includes the up/down controls and the USB ports uses a somewhat cheap feeling plastic, but that's not a major enough problem that I would deduct a point. Overall, I can say that while you are paying alot for what is essentially still just a table, you are getting what you pay for, and that's an extremely solid product.
