great brush i managed to coat my decking 8m X 3m in about 15 mins for the 1st coat, although the product i was using was water based this helped me apply it very fast, it is slightly wider than my decking boards which helped, so it was a case how quickly could i walk up and down my decking 19 times, and then repeat.the bristles are so fine and have no problem in getting in the grooves 1st time, there were reviews saying about the bristle part coming detached, i didn't see any signs of this,i poured my decking protect product (Ronseal decking protect, also off of amazon) into a paint roller applicator dabbed this bad boy in there and that done me the 8m length easily.

The brush worked well but would struggle with deep grooves in the decking.

I love this product. I ordered the extension handle and a spare pad also.For which my back is eternally grateful.I used it at the weekend to oil my decking. I got it done in a quarter of the time it had taken me previously on my hands and knees with a brush.I was able to easily get right under a corner seat that is too heavy for me move on my own (meaning husband's football viewing went on uninterrupted.....) and do the pergola without using a ladder and looking like I was auditioning for the circus.The brush head can be tightened or loosened for added flexibility.I've noticed some comments about getting in the grooves - it does and the easiest way I found was to do this was instead of using the brush horizontally against the board use it vertically (obviously against the board, it's not a microphone and I am not Madonna 😉)The spindles took the longest with a brush so if you could design a mit for this I would be interested in purchasing this also.........Delivery was quick and I have had no need to interact with the seller so cannot comment about how they would handle any problems.I have bought another pad to do the fence.

This was without a shadow of a doubt, singularly, the worst piece of DIY equipment that I have ever bought. The pad simply doesn't work. The bristles don't reach into grooved decking, it leaves pools of paint and either smears or drags what little paint you can try and persuade to take purchase on your decking. I threw mine in the bin and resorted to painting with a 3 inch hand brush which was far more effective!! This does not do what it say on the tin!!!

This pad does work really well on outside decking boards, however the depth of the groves were too deep for this to really work as advertised.But used to apply top coat and was a really good finish. Plus being able to lock handle in different positions was really helpful. Being able to remove the brush head is really helpful for cleaning too.Overall a good item but can’t reach the bottom of deep groved decking boards.

Bought this despite some reviews saying it didn’t get into the grooves in your decking. Sadly they were right. If your decking is flat, this brush would be ok, but for decking with grooves, it simply doesn’t go properly into the grooves. What’s worse is that it leaves a “puddle” of oil in the borrow of the grooves that you would need a brush to spread evenly and to get out of the groove. When you try and press harder so that the pad goes into the groove as shown in the photo, it still doesn’t get deep enough and, after 4 planks of decking, the foam that makes up part of the pad has already started to separate.Disappointed and would not recommend.

This device is amazing,l have a decked area in my garden 5mtr by 5mtr and in previous years has taken on average 4 hours to restain.with this device I was finished in just over an hour and my arms didn’t feel like they were going to fall off.BRILLIANT tool

Haven't used it yet but I can see that it is a very well made piece of equipment. Looks good and is very comfortable to hold.
