I bought this product on April 18th 2025, When I tell you this stuff is the bomb I took one pill and 4 hours later I was handling my business, I tried two pill on the 19th and I handle my business in about 4-5 hours but I went about three time in the same day so be careful everyone body is different...I will be buying this product again,,,

They work very well. Please drink at least 2 glasses of water when you take them. The more water you drink, the better they work.

It cleaned me but it caused me to bleed from my nose. Constant nose bleeds. It also made me feel tired all day energy level was low. Didn’t help with weight loss, 0 taste

It makes you go to the bathroom with diarrhea. It is harsh on you.

This works but as many of the other reviews stated, it would be wise to stay close to the restroom.My experience was this.Day 1 I thought I would just see how it effected me, so I took one, by morning, I did have movement, nothing remarkableDay 2 in the evening, I took two, I did drink more water as recommended. I was up 6-7 time throughout the night. Definitely a difference between 1 and 2 pills. every time I was up it was emergent and cold sweatsI skipped a day - sore buttthe next day (so Day 4)I took 1 pill and then 3 hours later took another (the second just before bed) this was much better. I did not get up at all through the night. I did feel the rumble a couple of time through the night. But not enough to wake me.I had great movement and felt like it made a "solid" difference in the morning and not so emergent.My recommendation is space the dosage out a bit so it isn't hitting your system all at once and Drink Water!Overall - Happy with the cleanse feeling and will finish the bottle and may even do it again in a few months for regular "cleaning".

For someone who has dealt with irregularity for most of my life, usually turning to Milk of Magnesia, which is not pleasant! This has been a god sent for me! I take 2 at night, not even with water like it suggests and the next morning like clockwork I'm regular! This stuff is very effective! Very potent! For most people, 1 capsule would be fine! They are regular size capsules and I find them easy to swallow! If you struggle with irregularity, try this out!
